Location Permission Letter

Dear Ms Staples
I'm a student in your school who participates in your media program for A levels, and I'm writing to ask for permission to film on your school grounds. The film will be appropriate, and will not contain imaging of any students or staff that aren't aware and part of the crew.
The film will mostly likely be filmed in the time frame of 2023, and as a heads up, I only need one location that is preferably an unused dark room that is limited in windows. The filming will be hopefully after school hours, as a result mine and others education won't be interrupted and neglected.
I would also like to use your media facilities, for editing and easy access to correct and expert equipment, as It will have a great impact and my grade.
I'll be grateful If you can respond with haste, as If you deny my request I can make alternate plans, but If you accept I'll be happy to speak in person in further detail on what I wish to film.
You can contact me via email
7886WE@din.leap-mat.org.uk
Your Sincerely
William James Easthope
This location permission letter is to get permission to film on land that isn't free to the public and too cause less complications if they are aware of my existence on their property. This will ensure that I'm allowed to film on this property without any illegal means
