Pitch Draft
My vision in which I want to create a drama scenario. The main character will be a boy who is suppose to be a good kid but is in with the wrong crowd, and is being interrogated by Sterne Harper. . The target audience would preferably be for a 12 (Possibly a 12A), as I think the combination of drama and reality will be too aggressive to kids.
The location is set to be in a dark room to get the serious tone, as it would have a semantic field of how the protagonists is feeling during the extract. The protagonists I want to be preferably to be a small teenager to show he isn't really tough and is just making a bunch of mistakes to be portrayed throughout the context of "The Interrogation". And the other character in this scene I want to be lawful and sturdy to show he's a good cop and that is more in control of the story. I will need to research for my interrogation room thoroughly however I will only need one location as this whole extract will be concluded within it.
You should choose my movie as it doesn't much budget as there is only one scene required and at least 2 actors within it, clothes can just belong to the cast same with makeup and such, and even being low budget doesn't mean that it will be low in ratings. I will try to bring different camera shots and range of characters who's views and personalities are wide in range. Limitation will be such as not being able to find a location but ca be solved by filming in a normal room with the lights off may not be as cool and abandoned room from the set of a horror movie but is a solution, or not finding a lot of characters but as long as there's two there is enough for me to write a intriguing script.
I chose this idea over my other as this one if more simpler and would more in my comfort zone to film, and I feel like this may actually have a plot to it because I feel like I wont rush it, and take my time, with camera shots, costumes and especially the editing.
This pitch is an enlightenment to what my original idea is and what it will be and it is an easier way to get my ideas straight and I wrote this to be a clear context and to really show my approach to this movie, by writing this if I was actually was pitching my movie would be considered to be taken into actually production.
